Job Overview:

As the product designer at Helix Futurize, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative designer to contribute to the success of a dynamic startup.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:
   • Lead the UI/UX design process, from concept to implementation.
   • Create user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.
2. Wireframing and prototyping:
   • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
   • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
3. Visual Design:
   • Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for web and mobile applications.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency.
4. User Research:
   • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
   • Use insights to inform and improve design decisions.
5. Design Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
   • Communicate the design rationale and gather feedback effectively.

Skills & Abilities:

1. Design Expertise:
   • Proven experience in product design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
   • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Creativity:
   • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
   • Ability to innovate and push the boundaries of design.
3. Collaboration:
   • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
   • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
4. Adaptability:
   • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
   • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Licensing:

• No specific licensing requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design roles.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, interaction design, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful candidates will be required to sign a one-year employment agreement.
